Genesis Teaching is utilizing TeamViewer & MS Teams to provide you with a seamless online remote experience where we securely login to your PC during our scheduled 1-on-1 scheduled sessions.

HOW IT WORKS

We send you a private link which will initiate a secure connection to your PC. You provide us with the 1 time passcode for the session (if using TeamViewer) or simply wait in the Room (if using MS Teams). Then we will be able to remotely log into your PC with the ability to move around and help you Design, Configure & Troubleshoot your labs.

PRIVACY

Genesis Teaching will never send you a Link to initiate a connection outside of our scheduled 1-on-1 live sessions; nor will any connection information be shared with a Third Party outside of Genesis Teaching without your explicit approval. We ask that you close all applications/photos on the PC prior to our 1-on-1 live sessions to protect you and us from sensitive info and to assure optimum computing performance.

Standard of Conduct. You agree that you are responsible for your own communications with respect to the Website and for any consequences thereof, and you agree to use the Website and any Internet Forums only to post, send, and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the Website or the particular Internet Forum. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using the Website you will not:

However, GenesisTeaching retains the right to monitor any use of the Website for any purpose at any time.

Reserved Company Rights:

Beyond the ability to monitor Internet Forums, GenesisTeaching retains the right, at its discretion, to (1) disclose information as required to comply with relevant policies, laws, regulations, legal procedures, government requests, or similar obligations, and (2) edit, refuse, or remove information or materials, partially or entirely, for any reason, as determined solely by GenesisTeaching.

You can report any communication believed to be in violation of this Agreement by sending an email to [email protected]. If GenesisTeaching identifies a communication allegedly in conflict with this Agreement, it may, at its discretion, investigate the allegation and decide whether to remove or request the removal of the communication. However, GenesisTeaching holds no liability or responsibility for the execution or non-execution of such activities.

Intellectual Property:

The Website is the exclusive property of GenesisTeaching. Unless otherwise specified, the design features, content, including but not limited to information, illustrations, product layouts, icons, navigational elements, artwork, graphics, text, data, audio, software, and infrastructure, are owned by GenesisTeaching, its affiliates, or licensed from third parties by GenesisTeaching. The Website, wholly or in part, is protected by copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights, with all rights reserved.

License:

GenesisTeaching does not claim ownership of content provided, posted, uploaded, input, or submitted to the Website by you or other users. GenesisTeaching respects the intellectual property of others and requests its users to do the same. GenesisTeaching may, at its discretion, remove or disable access to material on the Website believed to infringe on the rights of others. No Warranties; Limitation of Liability; Disclaimer of Damages:

GenesisTeaching and its affiliates, as well as third parties associated with the Website, disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. They make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Website or its contents. GenesisTeaching does not guarantee that the Website will operate without errors or that it is free from computer viruses or other harmful items. Your use of the Website is at your own risk. This Agreement is governed by the internal laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in New Hampshire, USA in disputes related to the Website. The use of the Website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not recognize all provisions of this Agreement. If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and GenesisTeaching regarding the Website and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, electronic, oral, or written, between you and GenesisTeaching regarding the Website.
